Shipping policy

WE DO NOT SHIP TO RE-SHIPPERS AND SIMILAR BUSINESSES.  

Orders are normally shipped within five (5) business days but can take longer during busy times.   Most domestic shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service. Please note that due to shipping regulations, we can only ship certain items (ie; CA Accelerator) via ground shipping in the Continental USA only. Your order will take longer to reach you if it contains these type of items! 


Shipping times shown in your cart are transit times after we have shipped your order. Tracking information for all orders is sent when your order is packed so you can check on expected delivery.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES (U.S. orders)

If your order total is:

  • $50.00 or less, add $9.50
  • $50.01 & up add $11.50


SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA

Shipping outside the USA will be calculated based on your location, and you will see shipping costs during the checkout process. If your country is not shown, please visit our dealers page, or contact us to see if we can add your country to our growing list. We complete all required U.S. Customs forms and we cannot change information on forms to save duty or VAT taxes. We cannot ship certain restricted items outside the USA (ie; CA Accelerator). If you order these items, they will be removed from your order and credit given to the payment method you used when you placed your order.

SALES TAX

Connecticut residents will be charged sales tax per state law. Our cart will calculate sales tax automatically if shipping to a Connecticut address.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns without authorization.  Please contact us if you are not happy with your order for any reason. We will consider your concerns on a case-by-case basis, and we may provide a partial refund, full refund or exchange. For more information, please see our Refund Policy at the bottom of your cart.
