Q: Do you offer a catalog?
A: Due to costs and time constraints, we do not have a paper catalog. Everything that we have for sale is on the website.
Q: Can I order plans?
A: Except for some radio control models, we do not have plans for sale at this time. Almost none of the Peck-Polymers models show parts drawn on the plans, and we want to supply you with something that will get your project done!
Q: Can I order spare parts for my model?
A: We do not sell spare parts for our kits. More than likely, your older kit will have printwood and it might be missing parts that you didn't realize. You will get much more benefit from a kit so you can get our laser-cut parts. Please support us and buy a new kit!
Payments
Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: We cannot take credit card info. over the phone. It is safer to buy on-line via the secure website.
Q: Do I need PayPal to order?
A: You do not need PayPal to buy from us! You can pay with most major credit or debit cards, but you can use PayPal if you would like.
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: We have set an order minimum of $10. in products. You may order only AeroModeller Magazine if you wish, and we have a special coupon code to reduce your shipping to $3.50, if you live in the U.S. and order no other items (maximum 2 copies of the magazine - they are heavy and more would cost a lot to ship!).
Q: Can I pay with a money order or personal check?
A: Our secure cart saves time for everyone, so please order on-line.
Orders/Shipping
Q: Will I get an e-mail confirming my order?
A: Yes, and we will also send you a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you didn't receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder.
Q: Can you calculate my shipping?
A: You can do this by adding items to your cart and beginning the checkout process. This will give you the expected shipping cost. Please note: For orders with heavy items, we may need to contact you to cover additional shipping charges due to heavier packages.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days or less. We are a small company and cannot ship around the clock, but we always ship as soon as possible! Please expect delivery delays around holidays due to service delays at the US Postal Service or UPS.
Q: Can you expedite my order?
A: We ship orders in the sequence they are received and we cannot jump the queue to send out rush orders.

Q: Can you mark my order as a 'gift' to save on duties or Customs fees?
A: Our systems automatically declare all included items on the Customs forms which must be attached to each package. We have no way to change or remove this information. Any taxes or duties are the responsibility of the Customer.
Products
Q: Why don't I see the Peck-Polymers model that I remember?
A: We have not produced every Peck model yet, but certain models we produce go out-of-stock often. The models that we currently produce are all shown on the website.
Q: Do you have the McLeod or Jones balsa strippers?
A: These products are no longer made. We carry the Master Airscrew balsa stripper, which is a very handy tool.
Q: Will you carry Ambroid Cement?
A: Sadly, Ambroid is gone...and we have none left. Our SIG-MENT glue is the closest thing you can buy!
Discounts
Q: Can we get a discount for our club or group project?
A: In some circumstances, we will consider giving bulk discounts on quantity orders for club, school or camp groups. Please use the contact form to discuss your needs.
